Honda's 2015 and 2016 Models are Powerful, and Popular

Helping fuel the momentum is the Honda CR-V, Honda’s popular compact SUV. Sales of the CR-V were up 2% last month and set an all-time record with a total of 3,250 units that found their way into the hearts of new buyers.

The brand new Pilot also did very well, posting sales of 802 units last month, an increase of 22% compared to July 2014.

“The strong momentum of light truck sales continues throughout the summer,” said Dave Gardner, senior vice president of operations, Honda Canada Inc. “Two highly-anticipated new products were met with overwhelming customer demand in July, with the HR-V off to a strong start and the Pilot surpassing its previous best July sales by over 140 units, to set a new record.  Also, achieving a monthly sales record, the refreshed CR-V saw success in July with 3,280 units sold.”
