I truly appreciate my entire experience!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Isabelle Khan and my Service Advisor, Gilles Beauchemin, for your professional and devoted support with regards to my most recent service experience for my BMW 335Xi.  As the manufacture recall issues intensified following the in-depth analysis of my vehicle by your technical experts, I felt a sense of reassurance from both you and Mr. Beauchemin. 

I have dealt with Isabelle and Steve in the past, and I appreciate the prompt attention and demonstration of genuine concern for my situation.

As for my dealings with Mr. Beauchemin, his transparency and communicative approach exceeded my expectations in the areas of ‘customer follow-up’ and ‘play-by-play details’ of the work in progress.  The latter reduced my anxieties and I understood the proper expectations on the resolutions/timelines every step of the way. Being new to the Elite BMW Service Team, I’m grateful that you recognized the qualities that Mr. Beauchemin possesses to effectively undertake his current role. 

In addition, I feel confident that any post-mechanical issues that may surface in the coming weeks/months following the major ‘recall’ repair will be treated diligently.  Thank you once again for your collaborative and supportive methodology throughout!
